Copyright and takedown requests

We respect intellectual property. If a game on ArcadeForest infringes your copyright or trademark, use the Report button on the game page with reason “Copyright infringement”, or email [email protected] with:

• The game page address on ArcadeForest.
• What work you own and where the original can be found.
• Your contact details and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information is accurate.

We review requests promptly and take infringing games offline. Creators can respond with a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was a mistake. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
