Terms of service

Last updated October 13, 2026

By using ArcadeForest you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your games

You keep all rights to the games you upload. You grant ArcadeForest a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, run and promote your game on the service for as long as it is published. You can delete your game at any time.

You confirm you have the rights to everything in your upload and that it follows the Content Policy.

Free service

ArcadeForest is currently free for players and creators. It is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change or stop features, and we may remove content or accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ArcadeForest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or of games published by others.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with a new date.
